1. 负责车间员工及实习生招聘。通过招聘网络、人才市场、劳务中介和校园推荐,多渠道搜寻候选人并安排面试;
Responsible for Variable and Intern recruitment. Searching candidates and arranging interview via various recruitment channels such as recruitment website, talent market, labor intermediary and campus recommendation;
2. 若招聘员工为劳务派遣人员时,须负责对口劳务派遣机构,招聘劳务派遣员工并确保派遣员工劳动合同、体检报告、社保证明的及时收集和归档;
If leasing is needed, should contact to labor intermediary to recruit leasing employees, and ensure leasing employees’ labor contracts, health check reports and proofs of social security can be collected and filed in time;
3. 与各BU生产主管、线长保持联系,了解车间职位的生产需求和岗位要求;
Build up constructive working relationship with production shift supervisors of each BU to understand production needs & Variable position requirements;
4. 熟悉ePR系统,定期查询,随时了解新职位;负责月度车间员工ePR报告;
Familiar with ePR system and check regularly to know the new positions; Responsible for Monthly Variable ePR report;
5. 每周定期组织车间员工面试;安排新员工体检,收集体检报告并确保员工体检结果符合健康要求;签发聘任书;在员工入职前确认入职材料并与他们保持联系;辅助报到流程;
Regularly arrange weekly Variable interview; Arrange health check for new comers, collect health check report and ensure report results meet healthy requirements; Issue offer letter; Check on board materials with new comers and keep contact with them before on board; Assist the process of on board;
6. 每周更新新岗位面试记录,报到入职记录并将面试/入职记录发送相关事业部、部门;
Weekly update new position interview record and on board record. Send interview record and on board record to related BUs and Depts.;
7. 随时到车间了解新员工工作情况, 关心的问题,及时反馈给上级;
Go to workshop at any time to know the working situation of new employees and their concerns, and give feedback to direct supervisor in time;
8. 车间员工离职面谈,离职原因分析,并做好面谈记录;
Exit interview for Variable employees, analyze exit reasons and make exit interview record;
9. 负责车间员工应聘登记及面试评估表等与招聘有关的文件的整理归档,并录入电脑记录。
Collect and file variable interview registration & evaluation form and other documents related to recruitment and input data for record;
10. 协助新员工入职培训;
Orientation training support;
11. 负责跟进车间员工伙伴计划;
Follow up Buddy Program;
12. 负责收集年度车间员工对话表并记录归档;
Collect annual shop floor employee dialogue result and make record;
13. 协助大陆集团员工满意度调查;
Support OUR BASICS live.
14. 其它上级安排的工作。
