PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provide work instructions, standards, inspection methods, gages and frequencies and the necessary direction to meet customer requirements.

2. Develop and participate in Advance Quality Planning activities for new products and process introduction/release, including but not limited to product and process FMEA’s and cause and affect analysis, as well as process flow diagrams and control Plans.

3. Perform the failure analysis on the finished goods rejected by production or returned by customer

4. Work with First Test Yield team to improve the production test yield

5. Carry out process audit;

6. Scrap or RTV material confirm;

7. Measurement correlation with US and Germany plant;

8. Monitor process capability and improve quality;

9. Verify ECN effectiveness which produced by other department and initiate ECN which related with quality control;

10. Support ME to prepare master sample;

11. Perform other duties assigned from Assistant Quality Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Over 3 years working experience as QE in automotive MNC;

2. Good at data analysis by Microsoft excel, minitab or Q-DAS

3. Major in mechanical, complete understanding of GD&T;

4. Quality system knowledge obtained well;

5. Good reporting ability, present conclusion with consolidated data firmly and confidently;

6. Capable to lead cross functional team to solve problem;
